Online Firearms and Ammunition Consignment Auction Shen Valley Auction Group in cooperation with Blue Ridge Outdoor Supplies (FFL# 1-54-165-01-9E-14219) are offering a firearms and ammunition consignment auction. All items will be received, inspected, and stored by Blue Ridge Outdoor Supplies at 423 West Spotswood Trail Elkton, Va. We will begin receiving items on Monday, October 26th. *Auction Location: 423 West Spotswood Trail Elkton, Va. *Item drop off dates: October 26th - November 23rd, or until the auction has reached capacity. *Preview dates and times: Tuesday, December 1st 11am-5pm and Thursday, December 10th 11am-5pm. *Auction closes December 10th, beginning at 7pm. The auction will close at a rate of two items every two minutes, with a two minutes auto-extend if a bid is placed in the last two minutes of an item. *Pickup: Friday, December 11th 9am-5pm or Saturday, December 12th 9am-3pm. If you are the winning bidder and are unable to pick up during the scheduled pickup times, please make arrangements with Brad Lewis (540) 560-8520 or Kendall Shifflett (540) 271-2153. Items may be shipped to an FFL licensed dealer at buyer's expense.  All Federal and State Firearms Regulations will Apply, please be sure to read all of the terms and conditions for this auction. *If you have items to sell: please bring your items to Blue Ridge Outdoor Supplies where they will be inspected and stored until the end of the auction. You will need to complete a consignment contract, which will be made available to you upon drop off of your items. *Must be at least 21 Years of Age to Register to Bid in this Auction. Only the "Registered" winning bidder will be allowed to pick up their firearms and MUST pass the Firearms Background Check. *The highest winning bid on each item will include all fees, except for a 10% Buyer's Premium, Va. sales tax and a 3% card fee (If paying by card). The price of the firearms background check is included in the highest winning bid. *Reserves: Blue Ridge Outdoor Supplies will inspect all firearms and ammunition and establish a reasonable reserve price, if applicable. No reserves may be placed on firearms deemed to be valued under $400. If a firearm that has a reserve does not sell, the seller will be required to undergo a Federal Firearms background check at their expense before taking possession of their firearm.
