Preview Times: Friday June 12th from 12:00pm to 6pm, Sat. June 13th from 9am to 12pmJune 24th & 25th from 9am to 5pm each day. Classic Vehicles will be available for viewing on these dates. Auction Closes: June 25th Beginning at 6pm. Beginning at 6pm, four lots will close every 120 seconds. Any bid cast in the last two minutes of bidding for each item will extend the bidding for an additional 120 seconds for that item. Pick Up: June 26th from 9am to 5pm & June 27th from 9am to 3pm. Early Summer Consignment Auction is an online only auction featuring vehicles, trucks, trailers, campers, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, construction equipment, tools, lawn and garden equipment, and power sports. Sellers: We are accepting vehicles, trucks, trailers, campers, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, construction equipment, tools, lawn and garden equipment, and power sports equipment (Boats, ATVs, Motorcycles). *All vehicles and trailers must have a title in the seller's name. We are not accepting furniture or household items, used tires, scrap metal, or vehicles that do not run during this auction. We reserve the right to decline any items when we believe the seller has a reserve that is too high, or when items do not fit with our auction. Please follow instructions to Register as a Bidder for this auction by following the instructions in Item 2 - ***How to Bid in This Auction***. Please Read the Terms & Conditions Prior to Bidding Terms of the Sale: Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled Vehicles and Trailers) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Merchandise: All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. If paying for a titled vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. This online auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100, but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period, the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments, whether cash, check, or card, must be made before any items are removed from the property.
