Estate of Gregory Hensley Online auction only to include a 1994 Harley Springer Softtail, Enclosed Car Hauler, Vintage Waterbath Coca~Cola Cooler, Engine Blocks and Parts, Large Assortment of Shop Tools, Sheet Metal Equipment, Metal Lathe, 1500lb Shop Hoist, Storage Shed, Metal Car Port, Woodworking Equipment, and Tool Boxes. This is a partial list. Viewing: Items will be available for viewing at the auction site in Elkton VA Thursday, Feb. 12th from 9AM-6PM.  Address for auction site will be posted prior to Viewing days. This Auction Ends on Thursday, Feb. 12th beginning at 7 PM. This is an online only auction which will begin to close on February 12th at 7 PM at the rate of 4 lots every 120 seconds with a two-minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot, the time for that lot will be extended for 120 seconds. Address for viewing & pickup is 2806 N East Side Highway Elkton VA 22827.. Pickup: Pickup from auction location in Elkton, VA on Friday, Feb. 13th from 9 AM- 5 PM and Saturday, Feb. 14th from 9 AM to 3 PM.  Shipping is available for items in this auction at the winning bidder's expense. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on these days unless prior arrangements for alternate pickup or shipping have been made with auction company. All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on Monday, Feb. 16th. No one will be available for pickup on Sunday, Feb. 8th. If you are bidding on larger items such as Shed, Metal Carport, Lathe, Tennsmith, and need additional time to remove please contact us to make arrangements. Terms of the Sale: Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items, except for Titled Vehicles, unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Merchandise: All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100, but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or in-person when picking up your items. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period, the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments, whether cash, check, or card, must be made before any items are removed from the property.
